SCM Fire & Safety were proud to work in partnership with RTS Construction on the successful delivery of the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Sheffield, located in Catcliffe, Rotherham.
Our scope of works included the full design, installation, commissioning, and handover of the building’s life safety systems. This incorporated:
Addressable fire alarm system
Automatic Opening Vent (AOV) system
Disabled refuge communication system
Electromagnetic door holders
All systems were fully integrated to provide a compliant, reliable, and effective life safety solution in line with current British Standards and project specifications.
The project was delivered on programme, meeting the high standards expected within the hospitality sector and ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
